Can’t we all just get along?
Over the weekend, two employees got into a heated argument at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Syracuse, New York. Was one employee slacking from their job? Were they taking too long to make the customers’ iced Hazelnut coffees? Or were they yelling about politics? We can only speculate. But we know what followed, thanks to a widely circulated AP report — a pepper spray attack.
According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, one of the employees up in arms sprayed the other in the face after the argument. The victim was rushed to the hospital to be evaluated and treated for their injuries. The attacker fled.
The Dunkin’ Donuts was temporarily closed down as pepper spray filled the air, but no customers were harmed. Police are still searching for the pepper-spraying donut bandit.
